The filled tablets, the ultra-gourmand novelty from Chocolaterie Galler

More than two years after the disastrous floods of 2021, Chocolaterie Galler is back in force this autumn, unveiling a new range: Tablettes Fourrées. A concentrated indulgence to munch on and share, this marks the start of a new era for the company specializing in fillings.

Chocolaterie Galler is already well known for its Bars, pralines, degustation tablets and Rawetes, but now the brand intends to spoil its customers with Filles Tablets. This new format is part of a promising segment of the chocolate universe, as filled tablets are widely appreciated by consumers, and which Chocolaterie Galler has not been offering until now.

Drawing on the expertise of its chocolatiers and over 45 years of tradition, this product is all about the filling. Even more generous than its bars and fine tablets, the Filled Tablets are the perfect balance between crunchy chocolate and melting filling (still handmade in the company’s workshops). For Loïc, head of Research & Development at the chocolate factory, this new product is a real innovation: “These six tablets are a marriage of traditional and new flavors, a carefully studied balance between filling and couverture, and a meticulously worked separation between the squares to make them break more easily”. The Filled Tablets are available in six flavors, two of which are new. Noir Praliné, Lait Praliné, Lait Praliné & éclats de caramel, Lait Praliné & éclats de noisettes, Blanc Praliné and Blanc Manon. Almost three times as generous as the brand’s emblematic bars, with 18 squares featuring the characteristic design found everywhere at Galler, this format is synonymous with pure indulgence.

These Filled Tablets, with their generous 180g weight, have been designed to be shared. Whether with family, friends or colleagues at the office, they can be enjoyed one or two squares at a time, whatever the occasion. Like all Galler products, the Filled Tablets reflect the authenticity of the brand’s recipes, years of know-how, and strong environmental and social commitments.
