To punctuate these precious moments that we all look forward to savoring together, Chocolaterie Galler has come up with a brand new gourmet and festive collection for the festive season.

Attractive packaging to enhance festive tables, as well as new flavours to delight the taste buds. 4 Mini Bars have been specially created for the occasion. Between Milk Café Latte, Dark Pop-corn, Milk Almond Praliné and Dark Popping Praliné , the choice (if one had to be made) will be a tough one.

With just a few weeks to go before the festivities kick off, we can’t wait to unveil all these sweet treats. So let the festivities begin!

A collection in two phases

The first phase is a return to childhood and, at the same time, to the sweets of St. Nicholas. At Chocolaterie Galler, St. Nicholas means lots of chocolates, but not only chocolates! Bears, large or small St. Nicholas, baked marzipan, teddy bears and marzipan logs, and miniature chocolate formats… so many delights to put in your shoes and munch on without moderation.

Then comes the smell of Christmas trees and gingerbread. For the occasion, the chocolate factory has come up with pretty boxes, Christmas baubles and other gourmet crackers to slip under the tree or place on the table at the end of a meal.

Not one, but two Advent calendars

This year, Galler Chocolaterie has pulled out all the stops for those who see the countdown to Christmas as a time of treats, offering not one, but two Advent calendars.

A calendar for those who love variety: behind each square hides either a Mini Bars or a Rawete. Each day has its own format and flavor. This calendar contains three of the four new festive Mini Bars: Milk Café Latte, Dark Pop-corn, and Dark Popping Praliné

But also, available exclusively in the brand’s boutiques, a second Advent calendar composed mainly of pralines. 24 little gourmet delicacies.

It’s never been enough for Chocolaterie Galler to offer tasty, generous chocolate.

Since 2020, we’ve been working for a fairer, more just (chocolate) world. And this starts right at the source, in Côte d’Ivoire, where the chocolate factory has set up numerous projects: reforestation and income diversification programs, Fairtrade certification of cocoa beans… All actions that ensure fairer remuneration for cocoa farmers and contribute to respect for people and the planet. This work continues right through to our workshop in Vaux-sous-Chèvremont, where every employee has the opportunity to contribute his or her talents to a collaborative business model.

The festive season is a time for sharing, a value we hold dear at the Liège chocolate factory. By giving and biting into a Galler chocolate, consumers too can help build a fairer, more sustainable world.
